Elev8 research products are offered strictly for laboratory, analytical, educational and scientific research purposes unless expressly identified otherwise. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, food use, self-administration, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, mitigation or therapeutic application.

Elev8 Health LLC is a limited liability company formed and registered in the State of Wisconsin. Elev8 Health is a reseller and distributor of research materials — not a chemical manufacturer. Elev8 Health does not manufacture, synthesize, compound or chemically alter any product it offers, and is not a compounding pharmacy or compounding facility under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, nor an outsourcing facility under Section 503B.

Elev8 Health collects payment for research materials it has purchased from its suppliers and resells in its own name, and also collects payment as an authorized agent on behalf of Great Works LLC for products supplied by that entity. Amounts collected on behalf of Great Works LLC are remitted to Great Works LLC. The entity responsible for supplying a given product is identified on request.
