Refund Policy

1. Policy Statement
Elev8 Health LLC ("Elev8 Health," "we," "us" or "our") maintains a strict No Refund Policy. All sales of research materials, compounds, supplies and any other products or services offered by Elev8 Health are final. Elev8 Health does not offer refunds, credits, exchanges, returns or chargebacks of any kind, for any reason, once an order has been confirmed and payment has been remitted.
2. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to every order placed through this website, by order request, by private bundle link, by bulk order, by telephone, by text message, by email or by any other channel, and to every method of payment, including secure payment links, card payments, Zelle, cash, check, Cash on Delivery and Check on Delivery. It applies equally to standard orders, bulk orders, promotional orders, discounted orders and private bundles.
3. Nature of Research Materials
All products sold by Elev8 Health are offered strictly for laboratory, analytical, educational and research purposes and are not intended for human or veterinary use. Because research materials are sensitive to handling, storage, temperature and environmental conditions, and because their integrity cannot be verified once they leave our control, Elev8 Health cannot accept returned products under any circumstance. Returned items will not be restocked, resold or credited.
4. Order Review Before Payment
Elev8 Health operates on an order-request model. Every order is reviewed and confirmed by an Elev8 representative before any payment is collected. Purchasers are given the opportunity to review products, variants, quantities, pricing, fulfillment method and all applicable terms before remitting payment. By remitting payment, the purchaser confirms that the order is accurate and complete and accepts that the sale is final.
5. Cancellations
An order request may be cancelled at no cost only before payment has been remitted. Once payment has been received, the order cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued. Elev8 Health reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably believes a purchase is intended for non-research use.
6. Shipping, Pickup and Delivery
Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays caused by carriers, weather, supply conditions, customs, incorrect address information or any other cause outside the direct control of Elev8 Health do not entitle the purchaser to a refund. Risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier or upon local pickup. Orders not collected within the arranged pickup window remain non-refundable.
7. Product Discrepancies
If a purchaser believes an order was fulfilled with an incorrect item or quantity, the purchaser must contact Elev8 Health within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery or pickup with the order number and supporting photographs. Any remedy for a verified fulfillment error is determined solely by Elev8 Health and is limited to replacement of the affected item where available. No monetary refund will be issued.
8. Certificates of Analysis
Certificates of Analysis are provided for informational and documentation purposes. Differences in interpretation of analytical results, research outcomes, or the suitability of any product for a particular research application are not grounds for a refund.
9. Promotions and Pricing
Promotional codes, bulk pricing tiers, private bundle pricing and other discounts have no cash value and are not refundable. Subsequent price changes or promotions do not entitle a purchaser to a refund or price adjustment on a prior order.
10. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
By placing an order, the purchaser agrees not to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal or dispute with any bank, card issuer or payment provider for a confirmed order. Elev8 Health will contest any such dispute and provide documentation of the order, confirmation and research-use acknowledgement. Purchasers who initiate improper chargebacks may be refused future service and remain liable for the full order amount plus any associated fees.
11. Agency Sales
Where Elev8 Health collects payment as an authorized agent on behalf of a third-party supplier, this No Refund Policy applies in full to those sales as well.
12. Changes to This Policy
Elev8 Health may amend this policy at any time. The version published on this page at the time an order is confirmed governs that order.
