Research Use Policy

This Research Use Policy applies to every product offered by Elev8 Health and Wellness LLC ("Elev8") and forms part of our Terms of Sale and Use.
1. Research Use Only
All Elev8 products are research chemicals and analytical reference materials supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory, analytical, educational and scientific research. They are not intended for human or veterinary use of any kind, including consumption, injection, inhalation, topical application or self-administration.
2. Not Drugs, Foods, Cosmetics or Supplements
Elev8 products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements or medical devices. They have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition, and they are not for use in diagnostic procedures.
3. No Medical Claims or Advice
Elev8 makes no health, medical or therapeutic claims about any product, and does not provide medical, dosing or usage advice. Research summaries, study citations and Certificates of Analysis on this website are provided for scientific reference only. Studies of individual compounds do not describe the safety or effect of any Elev8 product.
4. Purchaser Eligibility
Products are sold only to purchasers who are at least 21 years of age and who are qualified researchers, or who act on behalf of a laboratory, institution or business with the training and facilities to handle research chemicals safely.
5. Purchaser Responsibilities
By ordering, the purchaser certifies that products will be used only for lawful research. The purchaser accepts full responsibility for the safe and compliant receipt, handling, storage, use and disposal of all products under applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and institutional requirements. Products must be handled only by trained personnel using appropriate laboratory safety practices.
6. Resale and Labeling
Purchasers may not relabel, market or resell any product for human or animal use, or as a drug, supplement, cosmetic or health product. Purchasers may not sell to anyone under 21 or to anyone they know or suspect intends a non-research use.
7. Verification and Refusal of Sale
Each order request is reviewed by an Elev8 representative before payment. Elev8 may ask for information about the purchaser's research use, and may refuse, cancel or limit any order at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe a product may be used outside research purposes.
8. Violations
Misuse of any product, or any false certification, is a breach of our Terms of Sale and Use. It may result in order cancellation and refusal of future sales, and the purchaser is responsible for any resulting harm, as set out in the Terms.
