GLOW 70 mg Lyophilized Blend: Component Research

An Elev8 Health editorial review of published scientific and regulatory literature.

Elev8 Health did not conduct the studies summarized below unless expressly stated otherwise. Research Briefs are educational summaries of third-party scientific literature and regulatory information.

Important: The studies below primarily evaluate individual components of this formulation. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the studies did not evaluate the exact finished Elev8 formulation.

Human research is presented for scientific and educational context only. Elev8 Health does not recommend that its products be used for anything other than laboratory research purposes, and does not recommend human or veterinary use of any kind.

Introduction

The GLOW 70 mg lyophilized blend is presented through component research only. Component composition and exact peptide identity follow the current approved product record and COA — including the distinction between TB-500 and full-length thymosin beta-4, which are not interchangeable.

Research Areas

Extracellular matrix biologyCollagenFibroblast activityTissue-repair pathwaysInflammatory signaling

Human Evidence

Human evidence exists only at the component level and is limited: a small randomized topical GHK-Cu study and early human thymosin beta-4 wound-healing research.

Human research is presented for scientific and educational context only. Elev8 Health does not recommend that its products be used for anything other than laboratory research purposes, and does not recommend human or veterinary use of any kind.

Preclinical Evidence

GHK-Cu in vitro fibroblast and gene-expression research, and preclinical BPC-157 repair-model research.

Limitations

No direct published study of the exact Elev8 GLOW 70 mg formulation has been identified. Component evidence does not establish outcomes for the blend, and thymosin beta-4 literature must not be presented as TB-500 evidence.

Safety & Regulatory

Not FDA approved. Offered for laboratory research use only.

Conclusion

Component research provides scientific context only; the finished blend has not been studied.

Early Human Evidence

Effects of Topical Copper Tripeptide Complex on CO2 Laser-Resurfaced Skin

Archives of Facial Plastic Surgery • 2006

Studied

Evaluated a topical GHK-Cu-containing skincare product after CO2 laser resurfacing.

Findings

Objective measures did not show significant improvements in several evaluated outcomes compared with control, although patient-reported skin-quality satisfaction differed.

Limitations

Small study; evaluated a specific commercial product, not the Elev8 formulation.

Human research is presented for scientific and educational context only. Elev8 Health does not recommend that its products be used for anything other than laboratory research purposes, and does not recommend human or veterinary use of any kind.

Review

Emerging Use of BPC-157 in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine: A Systematic Review

Systematic Review • 2025

Studied

Reviewed the published orthopaedic and sports-medicine literature investigating BPC-157.

Findings

Thirty-six studies were included; 35 were preclinical and one was clinical. Across animal models, researchers reported improvements in healing-related outcomes involving muscle, tendon, ligament and bone injury models.

Limitations

Human clinical evidence and clinical safety data remain extremely limited, and the evidence base is overwhelmingly preclinical.

The Effect of Thymosin Treatment of Venous Ulcers

Annals of the New York Academy of Sciences • 2010

Studied

Evaluated topically administered thymosin beta-4 in venous ulcers.

Findings

A randomized placebo-controlled study reported an acceptable safety profile with signals suggesting potential improvement in wound healing at an investigated concentration.

Limitations

Small early human research in a specific wound type; not evidence for muscular recovery or for TB-500.

Human research is presented for scientific and educational context only. Elev8 Health does not recommend that its products be used for anything other than laboratory research purposes, and does not recommend human or veterinary use of any kind.
