Elev8 Research Brief
GLOW: Component Research on GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500
An Elev8 Health editorial review of published scientific and regulatory literature.
Elev8 Health did not conduct the studies summarized below unless expressly stated otherwise. Research Briefs are educational summaries of third-party scientific literature and regulatory information.
Important: The studies below primarily evaluate individual components of this formulation. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the studies did not evaluate the exact finished Elev8 formulation.

Introduction
GLOW combines compounds that have independently been studied in in vitro and preclinical research involving extracellular matrix biology, collagen, fibroblast activity, angiogenesis and inflammatory signaling.
Research Areas
Mechanisms
In vitro research has examined GHK-Cu effects on collagen and glycosaminoglycan synthesis, fibroblast biology, gene expression and extracellular matrix remodeling in cell-culture models.
Human Evidence
Elev8 does not present human outcome research for this blend. GLOW is supplied for laboratory research only and is not for human use.
Human research is presented for scientific and educational context only. Elev8 Health does not recommend that its products be used for anything other than laboratory research purposes, and does not recommend human or veterinary use of any kind.
Preclinical Evidence
GHK-Cu mechanistic and in vitro fibroblast research spans several decades. BPC-157 research remains primarily preclinical.
Limitations
Evidence on individual components does not establish any effect of the finished GLOW formulation. If the product contains TB-500 rather than full-length thymosin beta-4, studies of full-length Tβ4 are related background research and are not studies of TB-500 itself.
Safety & Regulatory
No component of GLOW is FDA approved for the uses discussed in the cited research. The product is offered for laboratory research use only.
Conclusion
GLOW's component literature is scientifically interesting and mechanistically rich, while direct evidence for the finished formulation has not been identified.
